1. Product Images & Colors

We make every effort to display our moulds accurately through product images. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device screen, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. We cannot guarantee that the product color displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product.

2. Handmade & Manufacturing Variations

Many of our terracotta jewellery moulds are handcrafted or produced using specialized manufacturing processes. Minor variations in finish, texture, engraving depth, dimensions, or appearance may occur from one mould to another. These small differences do not affect the functionality of the mould and are not considered defects.

3. Product Usage

Our moulds are intended for making terracotta jewellery and other compatible craft applications. Customers are responsible for using the products appropriately and following proper crafting techniques. Terracotta Mould House shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper use of the products.

4. Pricing & Availability

Product prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Terracotta Mould House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason. If payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable, any additional shipping or re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.

7. Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while placing orders. Terracotta Mould House reserves the right to verify customer information and cancel orders if false or misleading information is provided.

8. Payment Security

Customers must use only payment methods that they are legally authorized to use. Terracotta Mould House shall not be responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment cards or payment accounts.

9. Returns, Replacements & Complaints

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.

Any complaint regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Complaints received after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, logos, website content, graphics, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of Terracotta Mould House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Terracotta Mould House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery, product usage, service interruptions, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer information such as name, phone number, email address, billing address, and shipping address is collected solely for order processing, customer support, and communication.
