Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Shipping

At Terracotta Mould House, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. We work with trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, FedEx, Aramex, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure secure delivery across India.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days, depending on product availability and order volume.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipment tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are requested to ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. Terracotta Mould House will not be responsible for shipments returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India: Calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.


Product Care & Packaging

Our terracotta jewellery moulds are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Each mould is securely packed using protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Although we take every precaution, damages caused during transportation should be reported immediately as mentioned below.


Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns for products once delivered.

Replacement requests will be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Email clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Include your Order ID and contact details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable. Refunds will generally not be provided unless a replacement is unavailable.

The final decision regarding replacement requests shall remain at the sole discretion of Terracotta Mould House.
